grr, i am so annoyed! i made all these excellent updates to the Meridian chapter and emailed it to myself and printed it up, but somehow the draft that i emailed to myself is not the right draft, so i just spent half an hour editing the wrong draft!
sigh. at least that means the old draft was pretty good, because i didn't make that many changes--just noticed when i got to the part that i updated/fleshed out the argument.
Nevertheless. grrrrrr.
