ok, so i got the greatest message tonight from Layli Phillips, the keynote speaker for Gender Across Borders. she said that my work was "exciting womanist work"! oh my shit!
and i'm not sure or saying that i'd call myself a womanist, since that's a little strange for me. but hey, i don't know. maybe i am. so anyway, i think that's exciting.
