Just quit the Bureau of Workplace Interruptions.... I am sad about this, because I did truly enjoy its oddities, but I had to do it.
I am also trying to type a chapter and it's strange. Back to summarizing texts in my writing, rather than saying what I am arguing. However, the only way to improve writing is to write, so...
